Services
All services are performed by students under the supervision of a licensed professional. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your experience a re-do can be requested with-in 72-hours of your service and will be scheduled with the original student who completed the first service. This policy is to support the students hands-on learning experience, as it's the only way our students can effectively learn and grow to prepare for their career.
Redo Services
Redo’s must be requested and completed within one week of original service.
Children and pets
We value your time and safety here, therefore we ask that all children must be accompanied by an adult and a chemical release form must be signed by their parent, if they are requesting a chemical service.
For the safety of everyone and to ensure a focused and relaxing experience for all our guests, we kindly request that children do not accompany parents or guardians during their services. This policy helps us maintain a safe environment and allows our team to provide the highest quality of care and attention to each guest and our students.
We allow all service animals, but please ask that your pets stay home.
